2. Eligibility

You may use OnTrack if you are 13 years of age or older.

3. Using OnTrack

OnTrack is a personal, local-first tool designed for non-commercial use.

• No account is required in this version
• No cloud sync is provided in this version
• You are responsible for how you use the app and for keeping your device secure

4. Your Data

All content you create in OnTrack — including Destinations, Moves, Rhythms, notes, and reflections — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

In this version:

• Data is stored locally on your device
• Data may be lost if the app is uninstalled or your device is reset
• You may export and import your data using the tools provided in the app

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the app
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the app
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

We may restrict access if these terms are violated.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

OnTrack offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription. Trial length and pricing are presented clearly at the time of sign up. Payments are processed securely through Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).

Founding Member pricing is locked for life at the rate you signed up at. Standard pricing may change over time for new subscribers.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

7. Intellectual Property

OnTrack, its name, logo, and terminology — including Destinations, Moves, Rhythms, My Map, Today's Path, and others — are the intellectual property of OnTrack. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of it without permission.

8. Disclaimer

OnTrack does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. It is a personal organisation and life alignment tool only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for data loss, interruptions, or device-related issues
• Features may be added, modified, or removed as the app evolves

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as OnTrack evolves. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top and communicated within the app where appropriate.
